When will my Dr Pepper order arrive?
Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days after authorized payment, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
Can I change my mind or report a problem?
Yes. We accept eligible non-defective new, unused merchandise and defective merchandise for return, and we accept exchange requests. Ask within 30 days after delivery. See the Refund Policy for the approval steps.
How do I send a return?
First obtain approval and the correct mailing directions. The package includes a free prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee; contact us if the label is absent.
What happens after approval?
Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting by a bank may take longer. Exchanges depend on available stock.
